A reservation confirmation form will be emailed and/or mailed to you. If the reservation is made less than one month prior to your stay, the entire balance will be due. Full payment is due one month prior to rental |

If cancellation is unavoidable, we will try to re-rent the property. If we are successful in renting PayaVilla for the time booked by you, a refund for the re-rented property will be made |
