A deposit of Baht 7,500.00 is required before your rental reservation is addition to the rental payment After your stay, an inspection of the house will be made. Any damage, except normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit is returned after this inspection and keys are returned to owner. If keys are lost, a house re-key charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
